– Drivers License and Social Security Card
– Couple of your last Pay Stubs (Proof of Income)
– Proof of any additional income in any (SSI, SSD, Child or Spousal Support, Food Stamps, etc.)
– A Current Utility Bill (Cable, Electric, Telephone, Rent/Mortgage receipt or such)
– Your bank statement
– If trading a vehicle we need: Title to trade and your Insurance Card

Also, please provide us with:
– 6 personal references w/ complete names, addresses, and phone numbers. 3 references must be family, the other 3 may be friends.
